Surf House at The Surf Club
An intimate building at The Surf Club, pairing Jerome Engelking's architecture with Fabrizio Casiraghi's interiors beside the Atlantic.
Surf House joins The Surf Club Residences at Four Seasons on an unspoiled stretch of Atlantic shoreline with more than 1,350 linear feet of beachfront. Jerome Engelking, a French architect based in New York, designed it alongside its companion building, Seaway, in a contemporary language that nods to the original 1965 building: vaulted cornices, terrazzo cladding, palm-shaped columns and arches of softly curved alabaster.
Inside, Fabrizio Casiraghi, an Italian architect based in Paris, gives the residences a polished European character, with generous proportions, graceful detailing and a restrained palette of fine woods, stone and glass. The result is calm and enduring, framed by wide coastal views and open sky.
A garden promenade of lush planting and soft white sand, the work of Peter Wirtz, the Belgian landscape architect, connects the building to The Surf Club. Developed by Fort Partners, Surf House is managed by Four Seasons, bringing the brand's attentive service to daily life.
