Surf Row Residences gathers 24 homes in Surfside, the tranquil enclave between Miami Beach and Bal Harbour. Designed by Rene Gonzalez Architects, the collection pairs modern coastal living with the privacy of a home of one's own, a few steps from the beach.
Residences of one to three bedrooms are composed for everyday comfort, with private balconies, generous walk-in closets, large-format porcelain floors and smart home features. Kitchens are equipped by Miele and include built-in wine refrigeration, and primary baths offer freestanding tubs and rain showers. Select homes continue up to private rooftop terraces with summer kitchens and optional plunge pools, and furnishings packages curated by RH are available.
Shared spaces are designed by RH, and amenities include a rooftop pool deck, a spa with hammam, sauna and cold plunge, and a fitness center with a private workout studio. A 24/7 concierge and beach butler service look after daily life.
