St. Regis Residences Brickell rises 48 stories along the South Brickell waterfront, its 149 residences looking out over the Miami skyline, Biscayne Bay and the Atlantic. Robert A.M. Stern Architects designed the tower, Rockwell Group shaped its interiors, and landscape designer Enzo Enea created its park-like grounds and terraces.
Each home is reached by private elevator through its own entry foyer, opening onto fluid, open rooms with 11-foot ceilings, European marble floors and generous private terraces. Kitchens pair Rockwell Group's custom Italian cabinetry with marble surfaces and Sub-Zero and Wolf appliances, while primary suites include a midnight bar and butler's pantry.
Daily life follows the St. Regis tradition of butler service, in-residence dining and housekeeping. A 31st-floor sky lounge holds a Cognac room and a traditional tearoom, and residents also have a holistic wellness center, a private marina and access to an exclusive beach club.
