Shore Club Private Collection gives new life to one of Miami Beach's most storied oceanfront sites. Across three acres in a celebrated waterfront enclave, the project reimagines the Shore Club, a Miami Modern hotel of the late 1940s designed by Albert Anis, together with the Cromwell Hotel, an Art Deco building from the 1930s, and adds a new tower to the composition.
The architecture is by Robert A.M. Stern Architects, the New York firm long associated with the residential towers overlooking Central Park, and it marks the firm's first residential work on the oceanfront. The design honors the history of the site while drawing the whole toward the water.
The collection is limited to 49 residences, framed by sweeping ocean views, and residents enjoy an exclusive membership to the amenities of Auberge Resorts Collection.
