Villa Miami extends the hospitality of Major Food Group, known for Carbone, Dirty French and Contessa, into residential life. The tower stands at the water's edge in Edgewater with bay frontage on two sides, its cast bronze exoskeleton rising from a faceted glass podium inspired by gemstones. Views reach across Biscayne Bay to the ocean, Downtown Miami and Miami Beach.
Residences occupy full or half floors and measure roughly 3,000 to 6,000 square feet. Half-floor Villa Mezzo homes hold three or four bedrooms and full-floor Villa Piano homes four or five, each with terraces for both sunrise and sunset and a kitchen of Mario Carbone's own design.
Three levels of private club amenities by Charles & Co. are serviced by Major Food Group itself, from a two-level, Italian-inspired restaurant to private chefs at home. Arrival can be by house car, by helicopter to the roof or by boat to the private dock.
