Each residence is reached by a private keyed elevator and vestibule, then opens to floor-to-ceiling glass, generous living rooms and an open kitchen with Gaggenau appliances and custom European cabinetry.
The amenities carry the same calm: twin reflecting ponds with floating cabanas, a Club Room and summer kitchen, an experiential spa, a vitality pool and fitness studio, and a rooftop pool that catches the sun on every side. The shops of Bal Harbour and the restaurants of Harding Avenue are moments away.
